Saciante pero sabor muy dulce
Efectivamente sacia igual que una comida pero me ha resultado difícil de tomar por su sabor dulce. En cuanto lo tomas te llenas enseguida, incluso llega a hartar. Hay que tener en cuenta que equivale a una comida de 200 calorias, así que es mejor sustituir una de las comidas principales, no el desayuno ni merienda para que compense. Acabo de empezar a tomarlo así que no puedo opinar sobre si es efectivo para dietas adelgazantes, en mi caso lo hago para aguantar muchas horas de trabajo sin hambre.
