Shipping the order

The order will be delivered between one and two business days from the moment the purchase is charged, for the products in stock. In the event that we do not have the products at our disposal and we have to request them from suppliers, the delivery time would be from 2 to 15 working days from the purchase.

In the product information, we can see an estimated availability that in no case is a contractual commitment with the customer regarding the shipping time. To account for product delivery times, we do not always refer to working days, i.e. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, both national and local, are not counted.

If the order, previously paid, is made available to the customer and cannot be collected, Bevilud will try to locate it and facilitate its delivery as quickly as possible. If you do not collect it within 7 days, the customer will have to pay the amount for storing it. If you do not pick it up within 15 days, the product will be returned to Bevilud and the customer will have to pay the amount of the shipping and return handling costs.

The cost of shipping varies depending on the order amount and shipping destination, and may be FREE (only for the Peninsula) for purchases over 45 euros, provided they are not bulky products.

Guarantee

All products offered by Bevilud are subject to the manufacturer's warranties that apply by law. If the product is defective, it is repaired, replaced, reduced in price or terminated, depending on the case, and these operations are free of charge for the customer.

Bevilud is liable for non-conformities expressed by customers within two years of the delivery of the order. To do so, the customer must report their lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. The warranty will be void if, after delivery to the customer, the product has been damaged by external events or if it is damaged by misuse. To use the warranty, the customer must first contact us to point out the manufacturing defect, indicating the order number.

We will provide you with the postal address where you must deliver the defective product and you will have to take it with the original packaging and with all its contents, including accessories, warranty and manuals. The shipping and transport costs of the product to be repaired will be borne by the buyer. If it is a manufacturing defect, Bevilud will be responsible for the cost of shipping  the repaired product. If there is no manufacturing defect, the product will be made available to the customer at the same postal address where the product was sent. In this case, Bevilud will not be responsible for the costs of shipping the order to the customer.

Policy on Your Right of Withdrawal

1. What is the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is the right available to you as a consumer to terminate the purchase contract concluded at a distance through www.bevilud.com (hereinafter, "the selling party"), without the need to give a reason and without incurring any additional cost, within the legally established time limit.

This right is recognised and regulated in articles 102 to 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (hereinafter, "RDL 1/2007"), as well as in Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights.

The right of withdrawal is a minimum legal right. Any condition more favourable to the consumer that www.bevilud.com voluntarily establishes shall prevail over the legal minimum.

2. Withdrawal period

The consumer has 14 CALENDAR DAYS to exercise the right of withdrawal, counting from:

  • In contracts for the sale of goods: the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
  • In contracts for multiple delivery or for separate parts: the day on which the consumer or a third party acquires physical possession of the last item or part.

If the last day of the period is a public holiday or non-working day, the period shall be extended until the following working day.

LEGAL BASIS: Article 104 of RDL 1/2007.

3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal — Integrated online function

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer may use any of the following means:

  • INTEGRATED ONLINE FUNCTION: through the withdrawal form available at https://bevilud.com/es/module/returnmanager/manager, accessible directly from this page and from the "Right of withdrawal" link in the website footer. Registration is not required. The consumer will receive immediate confirmation by email with the exact date and time of submission of their request. This function meets the requirements of article 11a of Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
  • STANDARD FORM: by means of the withdrawal form set out in Annex B of RDL 1/2007 of 16 November, which we provide for your use in the "Terms of Contract" or "Terms of Sale" section of this website. It must be sent by any means that provides reliable proof of dispatch.

The consumer will have exercised the right of withdrawal within the time limit when they have sent the communication before that period expires, regardless of when the trader receives it.

For the purposes of proving that the right was exercised within the time limit, the date of dispatch of the declaration or of the registration of the request on the online platform shall be taken into account, not the date of receipt by the trader.

LEGAL BASIS: Articles 106.1 and 106.2 of RDL 1/2007. Directive (EU) 2023/2673.

4. Effects of withdrawal — Refund

www.bevilud.com will refund the consumer all payments received, including, where applicable, the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of ordinary delivery offered by www.bevilud.com), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it is informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer in the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly provided otherwise and provided that the consumer does not incur any cost as a result of the refund.

www.bevilud.com may withhold the refund until it has received the goods, or until the consumer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first, except in those cases where www.bevilud.com has offered to collect the goods.

LEGAL BASIS: Article 107 of RDL 1/2007.

5. Obligations of the consumer after withdrawal — Return of the product

The consumer must return or hand over the goods directly to www.bevilud.com or to the person authorised by the Store to receive them, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw.

The period shall be deemed to have been met if the consumer returns the goods before that period has ended.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

We inform you that the right to withdraw has a series of exceptions regarding its application and, in accordance with article 103 of RDL 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts whose object is:

  1. The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
  2. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  3. The supply of goods made to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalised.
  4. The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  5. The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery. (This exception may be applicable in the sale of some products offered on our website.)
  6. The supply of goods which, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
  7. The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of concluding the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the trader cannot control.
  8. Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the trader to visit them in order to carry out urgent repair or maintenance work.
  9. The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed software that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  10. The supply of daily newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

  12. The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential, transport of goods, car rental, catering or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
  13. The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, when performance has begun with the consumer and user's prior express consent and with their acknowledgement that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal.
